What it is
A membership and community platform: tiered access, location-aware discounts, real-time updates and a content-driven interface, shipped to both mobile and the web from one Flutter codebase with Firebase Functions behind it.
Tiers are an authorisation problem
Tiered membership sounds like a display rule and is not one. Every tier boundary is an authorisation decision that has to hold on the server, because a client that only hides a locked benefit has not locked it.
Content-driven means the same screens have to render whatever the operators publish next without a release, which pushes the layout decisions into data and the validation into the functions layer.
